Commencing on October 5, the event starts with a riveting opener – a rematch of the 2019 final between England and New Zealand. The stage for this gripping contest is the esteemed Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, known for its world-class facilities and electric atmosphere.

The host nation, India, will enter the fray on October 8, clashing with the formidable Australian team, the victors of the World Cup five times over, in the vibrant city of Chennai. This match is expected to generate a lot of buzz, given Australia’s status and the home ground advantage for India.

The competition will feature a total of ten teams, eight of which have already booked their places through the Cricket World Cup Super League. The remaining two will emerge from the Qualifier tournament in Zimbabwe, rounding off the list on July 9.

The tournament structure follows a round-robin format, where every team plays against the other nine teams. Based on the performance in these matches, the top four teams will secure their positions in the eagerly awaited knockout stages and semi-finals.

But the excitement doesn’t end here. Numerous high-stakes matches are expected to keep fans on the edge of their seats. Australia will face South Africa on October 13 in Lucknow, seeking to overturn their previous defeat. Meanwhile, the much-anticipated India-Pakistan encounter is slated for October 15 in Ahmedabad, an event that never fails to grip audiences worldwide.

On October 20, a thrilling match awaits as Pakistan faces Australia in Bengaluru. This is followed by a clash between England and South Africa in Mumbai. On October 22, India will confront New Zealand at the scenic Dharamsala venue, hoping to reverse their previous semi-final loss.

The tension is expected to peak on November 4, when Australia and England, arch-rivals with a rich cricketing history, face off in Ahmedabad. On October 29, India will contest against England in Lucknow, attempting to compensate for their loss in the semi-final of the 2022 T20 World Cup.

The final group stage match is set for November 12, featuring England and Pakistan battling it out in Kolkata.

As the event progresses to the knockout phase, the excitement escalates. The first semi-final is set for November 15 in Mumbai, and the second follows on November 16 in Kolkata.
